Handrail

The handrail station portion of the railway station. Hunting geometry and perspective on the platform at track two.

I’m experimenting with automatic ISO to get more freedom to play around with shutter speed and aperture. This of course means that I get far higher ISO values than I’d usually be comfortable with, yet so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well the camera handles the increased noise levels. The resolution and sharpness suffer a little, but in fact I think it gives the images a more analogue film look and feel, which pleases me rather a lot.

Hey! I’m not afraid of the ISO monster anymore! 😄
